All orders are processed within 1 hour of receipt and status updates are provided regularly to keep the client informed throughout the process. Our Web Application can be accessed 24 hours a day to update, track status, or comment.

How do I setup with your AMC?

Click on our link to signup as a client and complete our client application.

How do I place an order?

An order can be placed directly through our client portal by completing an order form or directly from your Loan Origination Systems (LOS). Our system is integrated with most LOS's, including but not limited to, Byte Software, Mercury Network, Lending qb.

How can I dispute an appraiser's value?

An appraiser's report can be disputed by completing and submitting our Appraisal Dispute Form.

Can I add appraisers to your panel?

Yes, specific appraisers may be added to our panel per your request.
